"I switched to State Farm after 30 yrs with another carrier and couldn't be happier. All insurance companies boast about service, but until you have a claim and have to deal with your carrier you just don't know. The claims and service I have received have been exceptional. "It leaves me great sadness to leave a negetive review but this insurance agency really needs some help. I’ve been a customer for more than a decade and things started out great, but went south. One of the issues is answering your phones. Part of having a local agent is being able to communicate with someone local. When I attempted to insure a new car in august, it took seven plus calls to get someone to answer. Roll forward to a month ago, I called three times to cancel insurance on a different car. Get no response, no call back. I had to go into the office today just to ensure a car is taken off insurance, a month later and after I had been billed for it. Called again and spoke to a Nate, who was unable to do policy changes. Why is he answering the phone then? Erin, I know you read these reviews, and I hope this one gets your attention. Your focus has shifted away from customer service and seems to be on selling more of the banking products State Farm is offering. Please put the focus back onto your customers. Please. I don’t want to go to a different insurance vendor, but the priority seems to be on sell sell sell, not customer customer customer. Take care, max s"

"Just switched from progressive after 8 years of being with them to State Farm. Nathan helped me with everything, got my policy started, he was completely transparent about everything, answered all of my questions, and now I’m literally paying hundreds of dollars less a month and I couldn’t be happier. Super nice guy and Erin the owner called just to make sure everything was going good and thanked me for choosing his place."

"In a time of inflation and rising premiums it was great to have an agent who would listen to my concerns and then jump in with both feet to see what he could do. It was absolutely worth setting up the meeting and at the end of the day walked out of the office totally satisfied and had lower premiums than my previous renewals! Thanks Erin!"

"I never understood the value of my State Farm homeowner policy until I filed a claim. The Erin Doan Agency was responsive, fast, and helpful from the beginning to the end of the process. The claims adjuster, Lucas, was outstanding! That young man stayed with me and the contractor until he had all his answers and paid me on the spot! I truly understand the value State Farm brings to the table, and I appreciate the follow-up from Erin Doan. You guys are great and live up to that motto: "Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there." You guys hit the ball out of the park! Wow!"

"I switched from another major online carrier to Erin's State Farm insurance. I was happy with my costs with the online carrier, but I felt unsupported. They would sell me whatever I wanted, but didn't provide any assistance for what I might need. At Erin Doan's office I worked with Matt and he helped walk me through what coverages made sense for my situation in life. He took all the time necessary to explain different coverages so I understood what I was buying. At the end of it all I had better coverage, more complete coverage and my costs were approximately the same. I was very happy with the whole experience."
