"It leaves me great sadness to leave a negetive review but this insurance agency really needs some help. I’ve been a customer for more than a decade and things started out great, but went south. One of the issues is answering your phones. Part of having a local agent is being able to communicate with someone local. When I attempted to insure a new car in august, it took seven plus calls to get someone to answer. Roll forward to a month ago, I called three times to cancel insurance on a different car. Get no response, no call back. I had to go into the office today just to ensure a car is taken off insurance, a month later and after I had been billed for it. Called again and spoke to a Nate, who was unable to do policy changes. Why is he answering the phone then? Erin, I know you read these reviews, and I hope this one gets your attention. Your focus has shifted away from customer service and seems to be on selling more of the banking products State Farm is offering. Please put the focus back onto your customers. Please. I don’t want to go to a different insurance vendor, but the priority seems to be on sell sell sell, not customer customer customer. Take care, max s"
